* Students must provide a copy of their student card.

** Post-docs must provide a letter by the director of their laboratory certifying they hold a post-doc position

 

All prices include French V.A.T (20%).

The registration fees include:

• Cocktail of the welcome party Monday 26th June 2023

• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks (every day, except during the tour day)

• Lunch break

• Gala dinner on Thursday 29th June 2023

• Attendance to all scientific sessions

One full rate registration (Regular, Student or Post-doc) before 31st May allows the presentation of two papers (one oral and one poster, or two posters).

Conditions for cancellation
 

Cancellations must be made by writing to ethylene2023@toulouse-inp.fr
The registration of participation is binding.

• For any cancellation received before 5th June 2023, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after 5th June 2023.

• Any registration made via purchase order are subject to these conditions for cancellation. As a result, any booking made by purchase order and cancelled after 5th June 2023 must be paid in full.

• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

• The conference program may be subject to changes.
